At the time of booking there will be a $25 nonrefundable deposit, per booking made. This pre-paid deposit will be applied to your balance due for the service(s) booked, but will not be refunded if the reservation is cancelled or a no show.
We require 24-hour advance notice for all booking changes, any time before the close of the Spa business day preceding your appointment. Failure to give 24 hours' notice will result in the $25 nonrefundable deposit being non transferrable to a future booking.

Please arrive at least (10) minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session.
